Where can you place the container?

Anywhere our truck can safely access — your driveway, a side yard, or on the street if you have a permit. Let us know which direction you want the door to face and we'll position it accordingly.

How many days do I have with it?

Every size comes with a seven-day window. If you need more time, just call or text before your scheduled pickup and we'll extend it.

Is a permit required in Billings?

Not when the container sits on private property. If it needs to go on a public street, the city of Billings requires a right-of-way permit — we'll point you to the right contact.

What materials are allowed in the dumpster?

Household items, furniture, remodeling waste, roofing, decking, flooring and drywall are all fine. No paint, fuel, tires, batteries or freon-containing appliances. Yard waste, dirt and concrete go in a separate heavy-debris container.

Is same-day delivery available?

In most cases, yes — call before 1pm on a weekday and we'll fit you into that afternoon's schedule. Orders placed after 1pm go out on the first run the next morning.
